Using The VE (UK) Supermarket | CLOSE WINDOW
Thank you for using the VE Supermarket. To ensure a smooth transaction, we list some simple instructions to guide you through the process.
Once in the VE Supermarket, you can find parts by searching by KEYWORD, or if you have the VE part number you can search by VE PART NUMBER. The third search option is to use SELECT YOUR LIST, which is fast, and directs you parts with no typing involved. Select from the four drop down menus to locate the part(s) you require. Click the ADD TO BASKET button to add that item to your Shopping Basket. Quantities of parts that you have placed in your basket can be changed at any point by viewing your basket. To visit your basket, click VIEW BASKET in the window titled 'My Shopping Basket'. To change the quantity on any item, alter the quantity of the part(s) you wish and click UPDATE BASKET. To remove an item, change the quantity to zero and click UPDATE BASKET to remove the item(s). Once you have added all the parts you require, follow the instructions to go to the Checkout. At this point you will be asked to REGISTER, or to LOGIN if you have shopped with us before. The VE Supermarket site uses SSL format and is a secure site for using your Credit Card/Paypal transactions. You must choose a dealer from the list of participating dealers and click to make payment. All parts ordered are supplied direct from VE (UK) on behalf of the dealer you chose at the checkout. The goods ordered will be shipped to your address, either by Post or Courier depending on weight/size of shipment and/or location. All orders are delivered to your specified address. Deliveries are normally 2/3 working days, (working days do not include Sat/Sun or Bank Holidays).
Once your order is received by us, it will be processed as soon as possible during working hours, 8.30am till 5pm, (except Sat/Sun/Bank Holidays). Whilst every precaution is taken, VE (UK) and the selected dealer cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. Once your order is processed, the dealer is advised, and you can view your order history and current status at VIEW PREVIOUS ORDERS under the MY ACCOUNT section of the VE Supermarket website.
Any damage to items received by you must be reported within 24hrs to VE (UK) at: vesq@ve-supermarket.co.uk
When you registered, a user name and password was emailed to you and can be used to place further purchases. Please - keep a note of your user name and password secure for future use.
EMAILS AND HOW TO RESPOND:
Whenever an order is received an automated confirmation of order is sent. This confirms that your order has been received and is being processed by VE (UK) on behalf of the dealer chosen. If you do not receive the automated confirmation of order, please check your email box is not full, and that you have supplied the correct email address when you placed your order. Also check your spam filter. For every order received, an automated confirmation of order is always sent to the email address supplied.
You will receive two further emails, one confirming payment from our payment processor, and a confirmation of dispatch from VE (UK) with tracking details, if applicable.
IMPORTANT:
Problems can occur when you give a wrong email address, or you change your email address after placing your order.
