Whenever an order is received an automated email confirming your order is sent to you from VE (UK). This confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. If you do not receive the automated confirmation of order, check your email box is not full, check any junk or spam folder in case the email was filtered as junk or spam. Finally check that you have supplied the correct email address when you originally placed your order. Be assured, for every order received an automated email confirmation of order is always sent.
If you have a query with an order you have made on the VE Supermarket then you should first contact: firstname.lastname@example.org - we will endeavour to help. If an item is damaged in transit you must notify the VE Supermarket within 24 hours of receipt by email at: email@example.com
Failure to notify us of any damage within this time period may void any claim.
Under the Distance Selling Act should you need to return an item, you have 7 days from the day after you receive the order to do so, without a handling charge, however, any carriage costs incurred are not refundable. After 8 to 14 days from when the order was received, goods supplied correctly being returned will be subject to a 20% handling charge. After 14 days from receipt of the order, items supplied correctly will not be accepted for return. See our full T&C that was supplied with your email copy of your order.
For countries in the inside the European Union, Vat is chargeable at the standard UK rate. For countries outside the European Union, UK Vat is NOT applicable and will NOT be charged. Vat is not payable on Books or Helmets supplied by VE (UK).
Shipping prices are shown at the checkout. Initially the shipping prices are based on a "courier" delivery to your address. However, in an effort to ensure you are not overcharged for smaller shipments, we will dispatch these on a lower cost service, i.e. Royal Mails Recorded Delivery, and refund you any difference to your credit card.
VE (UK) act as an agent for participating dealers at the VE (UK) Supermarket. All transactions are between you, the customer, and your chosen Dealer. Your credit card or PayPal account will be debited by VE Supermarket on behalf of your chosen dealer, and as such legally all transactions are between yourself and the dealer supplying the goods.

VE Supermarket helps to facilitate transactions that are carried out using the VE Supermarket website. VE (UK) operate on behalf of the dealer chosen. Many Internet companies operate this way, Amazon, etc. Buyers authorise VE (UK) to act as their limited representatives solely to conclude a transaction with their chosen dealer. Accordingly, the contract formed at the completion of a transaction is solely between you (the buyer), and your nominated dealer (the seller).
