Why didn't I get an order confirmation email?

Whenever an order is received an automated email confirming your order is sent to you from The Malossi Online Shop. This confirms that your order has been received and is being processed. If you do not receive the automated confirmation of order, check your email box is not full, check any junk or spam folder in case the email was filtered as junk or spam. Finally check that you have supplied the correct email address when you originally placed your order. Be assured, for every order received an automated email confirmation of order is always sent.



Who do I contact if I have a query?

If you have a query with an order you have made on the The Malossi Online Shop then you should first contact: sales@ve-uk.com - we will endeavour to help. If an item is damaged in transit you must notify the The Malossi Online Shop within 24 hours of receipt by email at: sales@ve-uk.com


Failure to notify us of any damage within this time period may void any claim.



Returns

Under the Distance Selling Act should you need to return an item, you have 7 days from the day after you receive the order to do so, without a handling charge, however, any carriage costs incurred are not refundable. After 8 to 14 days from when the order was received, goods supplied correctly being returned will be subject to a 20% handling charge. After 14 days from receipt of the order, items supplied correctly will not be accepted for return. See our full T&C's that was supplied with your email copy of your order.



What are the conditions for paying Vat?

Vat is chargeable at the standard UK rate. Vat is not payable on Books or Helmets supplied by VE Supermarket.



What are the charges for shipping?

Shipping prices are shown at the checkout. Initially the shipping prices are based on a "courier" delivery to your address. However, in an effort to ensure you are not overcharged for smaller shipments, we will dispatch to you on a lower cost service, i.e. Royal Mail postal service, and we will refund you any difference to your credit card.



Who charges my credit card?

All transactions are between you, the customer, and VE (UK), the seller. Your credit card or PayPal account will be debited by VE (UK), and as such, legally all transactions are between yourself and the dealer supplying the goods.
